Do you accept returns?
Yes, but only for consumer orders. Small items such as 5-packs or individual units may be returned if defective. Returned merchandise must be pre-authorized by Scentco, Inc. Customer Service and will be reviewed based on product performance or decoration quality only. Documentation of the intent to return must be made within 30 calendar days and samples must be received within 60 calendar days of receipt of delivery.
A return authorization number (RMA) must be obtained in writing prior to return of merchandise for any reason and must accompany any merchandise returned, or our Receiving Department will not accept return shipment.
Merchandise returned due to a Scentco, Inc. error or defective product will be replaced at no charge. No replacement product or credit will be issued for merchandise that is unavailable for return. Seasonal products and Smanimals cannot be returned.
Products will be subject to a 20% return stocking fee.
